Their focus was 31-year-old Jeffery Wayne Campbell who lived in the 2000 block of W. Woodmont Drive in Muncie.

We are still waiting for the new probable cause detailing the evidence against him, but so far I can tell you what he is charged with.

In 2017 Campbell was arrested on accusations of child molestating.

After years of delays and continuances he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 6 years in prison in November 2020.
He was released April of this year and now faces the new charges.
The judge in the previous case gave some weight to an advisory sentence due to “some family support which could aid in his rehabilitation.”
