man already on home detention for drug charges now has a warrant out for his arrest accused of Dealing in a Controlled Substance Resulting in Death.

A man already on home detention for drug charges now has a warrant out for his arrest accused of Dealing in a Controlled Substance Resulting in Death.

20-year-old Tha Dah is the subject of a multi-agency manhunt including Westfield Police.  

Police believe Tha Dah sold fentanyl to a teenager in Westfield and it killed him.

Dah was last seen on 05/29/2024 in the area of Ditch Road and 86th Street in Indy after he is believed to have cut off his ankle monitor.

According to court documents Dah was sentenced to 10 years community corrections with 5 years suspended in a plea deal last year. He was found with a large amount of drugs and weapons. He started his home detention with an ankle monitor in May of last year.

Police believe he cut off his ankle monitor on May 29th of this year.  

Dah is an Asian male, 5’8” and 118 lbs, with the following tattoos - Below Left Eye: Cross, Left Side of Face: “Loyalty”, Left Arm: ace of spades, an angel, a dollar sign, and a money bag.
